I started building this blog to help me learn which fruits and vegetables will provide me with the health benefits I'm looking for. EX: I wanted better night vision so I did a little research and found out that carrots are a great source of beta carotene which is turned into Vitamin A by the human body. Vitamin A helps keep your vision sharp and imroves night vision in even more.
I hope all who come here find my site useful, I know I did.

Health Benefits of Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps the body produce collagen, used by the body as connective tissue. Collagen helps build bums, blood vessel walls, and bones which makes Vitamin C extra useful for those recovering from surgery or injuries.
Vitamin C is also an antioxidant and neutralizes free radicals that damage the human body. Antioxidants are believed to boost immune system performance and lower rates of macular degeneration, cataracts, and cancer.
